Jonathan Barbieri

Jonathan Barbieri RN, BSN has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Jonathan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Inspirit Senior Living since August 2022, and previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer & SVP since July 2021. Additionally, Jonathan has served as an Advisory Board Member for Post Acute Recovery and VFR (Veterans and First Responders) since January 2017. Jonathan has also been a Board Member at Hearth Management from July 2018 to July 2021, where they also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for healthcare management, operations, and global business strategies. Jonathan has founded and served as the CEO of Trust Point Payroll from June 2014 to June 2019. Prior to that, they have held various roles including Operations at Heritage Senior Living from October 2017 to July 2018, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing & Operations at Greenfield Senior Living Inc from July 2012 to October 2017, and Nurse Air Force Aux. Officer at Civil Air Patrol from December 2011 to September 2017. Jonathan also served as the States Director at Caregiver Homes from June 2011 to July 2012. Jonathan's earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, and Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living from 2007 to 2011. Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in healthcare management, operations, marketing, and clinical services.

Jonathan Barbieri RN, BSN has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Jonathan has also completed a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Assisted Living Administrator from the Pennsylvania Department of Health in 2007 and Leadership Academy from the American Society on Aging in 2012. In 2019 and 2020, they received Leaders Under 40 and LEAD Program certifications respectively from Argentum. Lastly, they are registered as a nurse in Pennsylvania with the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) certification.
