Paolo Mercado

Paolo Mercado has extensive experience in IT security, currently serving as Manager of IT Security Infrastructure Solutions and Architecture at Inspiro since January 2019, where responsibilities include maintaining IT network security, analyzing potential threats, and developing data encryption methods. Previous roles include IT Security Operations Technical Manager, Officer-In-Charge for the Global Cyber Defence Center, and IT Security Operations Security Engineer II, focusing on project management, technical support, and security tool administration. Prior to Inspiro, Paolo held roles at SPi CRM and Trend Micro Philippines, where expertise in engineering methodologies, compliance, and customer support was developed. Paolo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran - Manaoag, completed in 2005.
