Ramie Rosima Jr.

Ramie Rosima Jr. has worked in various positions in the human resources field. Ramie started their career at TeleTech, where they held several managerial roles from 2006 to 2009. Ramie then moved on to Transcom as a Senior Manager of Employee Relations in 2009 before joining MicroSourcing as VP of Human Capital Strategy and Delivery Group from 2010 to 2012. Ramie then served as AVP of Human Resources at SPi Global from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at inspiro, holding multiple roles including VP of Leadership and Performance Excellence and VP of Human Resources. In 2020, they joined IntouchCX as VP of People. In 2023, they returned to inspiro as VP of HR Operations.

From 1995 to 1999, Ramie Rosima Jr. attended the University of Santo Tomas, where they obtained a degree in AB Behavioral Science with a focus on Psychology.
