Rachelle Ailen Villegas-MacDonald

Rachelle Ailen Villegas-MacDonald, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing and business management. Currently serving as a Marketing Intern at Inspirus (a Pluxee company) since November 2025, Rachelle is also the Business Owner of A Vision & A Vow LLC since February 2025. Previously, Rachelle held the position of Category Development Manager at Eurpac Service Inc. and worked as a Marketing Assistant. Additionally, Rachelle gained valuable experience as a HACU Intern at USDA, where responsibilities included proofing scientific documents and managing travel arrangements and budget tracking. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M International University.
