Mika Seppänen

Mika Seppänen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mika started working at Exsane Oy in 2002 as an Inspector, and later took on the role of Design and Inspection from January 2006 to December 2010. In January 2011, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Exsane Oy, where they served until December 2014. During this time, Mika also founded and served as CEO of Insplan Oy from December 2014 to December 2022, where they held the position of Vice President and Partner. In addition to these roles, Mika has also served as a Board Member at Insplan Oy since November 2014. Concurrently, they joined TSS Group Oy in January 2005 as an Electrical Engineer, and later became the Chairman of the Board at Jeti-Sähkö Oy starting from February 2020.

Mika Seppänen's education history includes studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Mika also undertook CEO training at Seppo Hoffrén Oy in 2017. In 2022, Mika completed the HHJ-hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen (Approved Board Member) program at Helsingin seudun kauppakamari. Additionally, they completed the HHJ-puheenjohtajakurssi (Chairman Course) at the same institution in the same year.
