Chad Roberts is an experienced IT professional with a focus on service desk support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Ntelicor since December 2022, Chad previously held positions including Service Desk Analyst at FleetPride and Service Desk System Analyst II at TEKsystems, where responsibilities included providing hardware and software support and managing virtual desktop environments. Chad's career began in information technology support at Hamilton Healthcare System, and earlier experience includes independent consulting in computer and cellphone repairs and serving as a Team Leader in the US Army. Chad holds an A.A.S in Computer Networking Systems from Texas State Technical College.
