Kathryn Booth

Kathryn Booth is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in help desk and technical support roles. Kathryn has been serving as a Help Desk Specialist at Ntelicor, L. P. since April 2015. Prior to this, Kathryn worked as an IT Specialist at CNSI from February 2011 to April 2015, and as a Help Desk Analyst at CDI IT Solutions for Ameriprise Financial from August 2009 to October 2010. Kathryn began a career in technical support as an IHD Tech Desk technician at Verizon Fios from June 2008 to June 2009. Kathryn holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Information Technology, both obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2014.
