Matilda Paulson

Matilda Paulson has a diverse work experience, starting as a Shift Manager at McDonald's from 2012 to 2014. Matilda then worked as a Nursing Assistant at Lidingö Stad in 2015 before joining Porsche Holding GmbH as a Team Member in a Production Innovation Project from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they interned at AVL, where they were responsible for the design and construction of emission testing devices. Matilda also participated in various programs and internships, including the Deloitte Talent 2017 program and the Accenture Female Mentorship Program in 2017. Matilda had an International Summer Internship at Atlas Copco in 2017, where they worked on logistics processes and created an Audit program. Matilda joined McKinsey & Company in 2018 as a Junior Associate, and later became an Associate before leaving in 2021. Currently, they are working at Budbee as the Head of Ground Operations, and recently transitioned to the role of Head of Operations in August 2022.
