Pien Glazener

Pien Glazener is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and human resources. Currently serving as a Business Consultant - Change at Valcon since February 2024, Pien previously held multiple roles at Budbee from April 2021 to February 2024, including HR Business Partner Operations, Works Council member, and People & Culture Netherlands. Prior to Budbee, Pien worked as a Consultant at Brunel for a brief period in early 2021 and served in various capacities at Budbee, such as Customer Service & Traffic Control Representative. Earlier experiences include a student internship in labor law at Gimbrère Advocaten and leadership roles at Integrand. Pien's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) specialized in labor law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Groningen.
