Hossam Hafez

Hossam Hafez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software support and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Support Engineer at Instabug since 2022, Hossam has also contributed as a Session Lead for the Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative (DECI) in collaboration with Udacity and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology from September 2022 to 2025. Previous roles include Senior Support Engineer at OTO, Technical Support Engineer at Crossover for Work, and Technical Account Manager at VIRAL21 Agency. Early career experience includes positions at Dell EMC as a Software Engineering Trainee, a Reservations Agent at National Travel Associates, and various roles in customer support and sales at Prime Contact Center and Vodafone.
