Rami Magdi has a diverse background in technical support and leadership within the software industry. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of nozls since January 2024, Rami previously held positions at Instabug from May 2018, including Senior Software Technical Support Manager, Software Technical Support Manager, and Senior Customer Happiness Engineer. Rami earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mansoura University, graduating in 2014.
