Anirban Kundu

Anirban Kundu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Instacart since October 2024, Anirban previously held the position of VP Engineering for Uber Delivery from 2021 to October 2024 and was SVP of Product & Engineering at Postmates by Uber from 2019 to 2021. Anirban's career includes significant roles such as Chief Technology Officer at Evernote, VP of Engineering at GoDaddy, and Co-founder and CTO of RokketLaunch Inc, showcasing expertise in scalable solutions and innovative infrastructure. At Shazam Entertainment, Anirban led engineering efforts for the Shazam TV infrastructure, while prior experience at Yahoo! included leadership of Edge Services and development of Yahoo Mail's Anti-Spam system. Anirban's technical background is supported by a BS in Computer Science from UC San Diego and an MS in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
