Brad Harris

Brad Harris is a legal professional with extensive experience in marketing, commercial contracts, and digital media. Currently serving as part of the Digital Media, Ads, and Marketing Legal team at Instacart since September 2025, Brad has held significant roles at The Clorox Company as Senior Counsel for Marketing, Commercial Contracts, and Strategic Alliances from January 2021 to September 2025. Prior to that, Brad worked at The Coca-Cola Company in various counsel positions focusing on North America Water Brands, Community Marketing, Content Production, and Global Music, as well as Venturing and Emerging Brands from November 2017 to January 2021. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel for Intellectual Property at J.Crew and attorney positions at The Coca-Cola Company and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Sociology, and Global Studies from The University of Georgia.
