Catriona Shedd is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Product Design for Shopper Experience at Instacart since November 2020. Catriona has played a pivotal role in enhancing the design and functionality of various Instacart products, leading initiatives across different teams, including Verticals and Design Systems, and Retailer Products. Prior to Instacart, Catriona was the Director of Product Design at InVision, where leadership was provided for the Design System Manager platform. Previous positions include Director of User Experience for Salesforce's Sales Cloud and SalesforceIQ, and Lead Product Designer for RelateIQ, alongside earlier roles in user experience strategy and information architecture. Catriona holds a BS in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
