Coady MacNaughton

Coady MacNaughton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical implementation and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Retailer Implementations at Instacart since February 2020, Coady leads technical support sessions and collaborates with engineers and product managers to resolve support issues while providing technical solutions for retailer catalogs and ETL processes. Prior to Instacart, Coady worked as an Implementation Specialist at Limelight Software, focusing on client satisfaction while implementing custom CPM solutions for organizations across Canada and the United States. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM as a Proposal/Project Manager, where innovative technical solutions were developed for leading sector organizations, and as a Peoplesoft Consultant specializing in HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor. Coady holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from St. Francis Xavier University.
