Max Harden is a strategic leader with extensive experience in driving growth and digital innovation within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Strategy at Instacart since December 2022, Harden previously held various key roles at Nike, including Head of Growth for Nike.com and Nike App in EMEA, and Head of Strategy for Nike's Global Digital Product and Membership functions supporting a $12B Direct-to-Consumer business. Notable achievements include launching Nike Greater China's first Membership team and co-leading the Greater China Reset strategy, which renovated over 2,000 stores. With prior consultancy experience at Deloitte Consulting, Harden contributed to significant projects, including the strategic direction of major organizations, as well as an early tenure in marketing and fundraising at the Warren Miller Freedom Foundation. Harden holds a B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington.
