Mohammad Abdul-Rahim is the Founder and Lead Consultant of MAR HR Advisory, which offers comprehensive Human Resources services focused on Organizational Culture, People Analytics, and Workforce Engagement. With over a decade of experience in HR Advisory, they have worked with clients across various regions, bringing a global perspective to their practice. Previously, they managed Diversity, Equity, and Belonging initiatives at Instacart and held multiple roles at Mercer, enhancing their expertise in organizational strategy. Mohammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and is currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling Psychology. As a certified yoga teacher, they integrate techniques that promote employee wellbeing into their consulting work.
