Ricardo Youssef is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Instacart since December 2024, previous roles include Engineering Manager at Rapid Loans, where significant achievements involved the development of the TACO CRM system and Broker Portal using modern technologies such as Azure API Gateway and React. Ricardo's career also includes positions such as Lead Developer, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Developer across various companies, contributing to projects involving robust API development, product modernization, and improving user experiences. An alumnus of Universidad Tecnológica Nacional with a degree in Information Systems Engineering, Ricardo also pursued an online course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Scalabl Academy.
