Jacob Lourie

Jacob Lourie is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in reinforcement learning and management. Currently serving as a Reinforcement Learning Research Engineer at InstaDeep since November 2022, Jacob previously held key leadership roles in various organizations, including Managing Director at Urban and GM Europe / Head of Expansion at Urban Massage. Jacob's tenure at Deliveroo spanned three years, where responsibilities included Global Head of Rider Marketing and Head of Driver Supply for the UK and Ireland, achieving significant growth in rider fleets and managing substantial marketing budgets. Prior experience also includes positions as Regional Director at Groupon and roles at Citigroup and Barclays Bank, complemented by a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bath.
