Shawn Juber

Shawn Juber is an experienced manager with extensive background in manufacturing and production across several companies. Currently serving as General Manager at INSTAFAB COMPANY INC since October 2022, Shawn previously held the roles of Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at Alpha Iron, LLC from February 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Superintendent at Alpha Iron, Shop Superintendent at Fabrication Products, and Production Superintendent at VigorFab. Responsibilities have encompassed managing large teams, implementing safety protocols, developing and maintaining standard work procedures, and overseeing project progress. Earlier career experience includes roles as Production Lead at Gunderson LLC and Project Supervisor at All Weather Construction.
