Matheus Silveira

Matheus Silveira is a skilled Product Designer currently employed at Instaffo since August 2022. Previously, Matheus worked as a UX/UI designer at Global Reviews, contributing to the development of the Helix community for digital experience reviewers. Matheus also served as an Invited Lecturer at Escuela de Organización Industrial, teaching a masterclass on project management using scrum methodology. In the role of Internal Consultant at MS Manutenção, Matheus implemented problem-solving strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Matheus has project management experience from Primus Consultoria Empresarial, leading a team to deliver high-revenue projects and achieving notable customer satisfaction scores. Matheus holds a Master's degree in Process-oriented Knowledge Management from Universidade da Beira Interior and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Salvador.
