Natalia Turkulainen has over 20 years of work experience. In 1996, they started as a Personal Assistant to General Manager at Dirol A/S. In 2004, they moved to Vena Brewery as an Administration Manager. Two years later, they joined Baltika Breweries as an Administration Deputy Director. In 2012, Natalia was invited to develop a new café business for Fazer in Russia, and they were responsible for production and supply development, budgeting and KPIs, and recruitment and personnel development. As a result, a café was opened in Saint-Petersburg. From 2013 to 2017, Natalia worked as a Bake Off and LSL Coordinator and a Senior Marketing Specialist at Fazer. In 2017, they became a Senior Specialist, Data Privacy Officer at Fazer, where they were responsible for GDPR compliance of all HR processes and building Annual Clock of Privacy projects and processes. In 2020, Natalia started as a Senior Manager Customer Support at Instagrid, where they maintained consumer satisfaction through the provision of problem-solving resources and provided 24/7 support to both marketing and sales teams. Natalia also worked to improve the Customer Journey and supported digital channels of communication.

Natalia Turkulainen attended London Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in HR Strategy. Prior to that, they attended Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav-the-Wise (NovSU) from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General.
