Sebastian Berning

Sebastian Berning has worked for four companies over the past 17 years. Sebastian began their career in 2003 as a Senior Consultant at Quadox. In 2012, they joined Bosch as an Engineering Manager for Energy Storage Solutions and a Trainee/Junior Managers Program. Three years later, they were promoted to Senior Manager at Bosch Power Tools. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Instagrid.

Sebastian Berning received their Diplom in Physik from Technische Universität Darmstadt in 2007. In 2008, they began their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physik at The University of Göttingen, which they completed in 2011. In 2004 and 2005, they attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) for Physik and Informatik.
