Soile Motsakov-Nykopp

Soile Motsakov-Nykopp has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1999 as a Research Assistant at Oy Gustav Paulig Ab. Soile then moved up to Customer Marketing Manager in 2001, Concept Development Manager in 2007, and New Business Manager, Senior Manager, Category Management, Confectionery, and Senior Brand Manager; Fazer Confectionery at Fazer from 2012-2018. Most recently, they have been working as a Business Development at Instagrid since 2018.

Soile Motsakov-Nykopp began their educational journey in 1979 at the Английская школа н1 СПб in Russia until 1986. Soile then attended the Helsingin Suomalais-Venäläinen koulu from 1987 to 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in East-European studies from the University of Helsinki from 1991 to 2000. In 2000, they completed their M. of Science in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics. In 2020, Soile obtained a Sales Operations certification from LinkedIn.
