Thomas H. Villadsen

Thomas H. Villadsen is an experienced leader in real estate and construction with a robust background spanning multiple countries and roles. Since March 2018, Thomas has held several senior positions at PIMCO Prime Real Estate, currently serving as Head of Nordics & CEE, having also been the Director for these regions. Prior to this, Thomas was the CEO of MPC Properties from April 2013 to January 2018 and managed investment and leasing advisory through Thomas Villadsen for a brief period in 2012-2013. Thomas's earlier career includes significant roles at TK Development, including General Manager & Senior Vice President for Czech & Slovak Republic and Head of Technical Departments in both Sweden and Denmark. Early experiences include positions as Project Manager at TK Development Denmark and Project Coordinator at Steensen & Varming A/S. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalborg University and a degree in Business Law and Economics from the Engineering College of Aarhus, supplemented by executive education at IMD.
