Aradhye Ackshatt

Aradhye Ackshatt is an accomplished Content Strategist at Instahyre since May 2021, specializing in providing in-depth, actionable insights to enhance recruitment efficiency utilizing AI and ML technologies. Prior to this role, Aradhye served as a Probationary Officer at the State Bank of India in September 2013 but found the bureaucratic environment misaligned with personal strengths. Aradhye holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Business Development from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
