Rohit Kumar, CSPO, CSM, has held several roles in the software engineering field. In 2020, they began as a Senior Product Manager at InstaKin, where they were responsible for managing software project activities for core products and collaborating with business, development, and management teams to determine technical direction and approach. Rohit Kumar, also created, managed, and tracked project vehicles like Project Schedule, Project Plan, Scope Statements, Resource Planning, Risk Planning, and Status reports. At InstaKin, they also held the role of Project Manager Scrum Master. In 2022, Rohit held Visiting Faculty roles at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University, Karachi, and ILMA University - Formerly IBT. From 2016-2020, Rohit was employed at Argaam Investments, where they held Associate Project Manager / Scrum Master, Senior SQA Engineer, and Software Quality Assurance Engineer roles. As Senior SQA Engineer, they were the leading QA resource for argaam.com, and was responsible for QA processes, monitoring QA resources, testing critical modules of argaam, drafting business reporting documents, and weekly and monthly bug reports for the Project Manager. Rohit Kumar, was also involved in PROD deployments and working with Devops teams.

Rohit Kumar holds a Master's degree in Software Project Management from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, obtained in 2021. Rohit Kumar, also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university, obtained in 2016. Their educational history also includes Intermediate studies in Pre-Engineering and Sciences from the Government Boys Degree Collage, Mithi, District Tharparkar, obtained in 2012, and Matriculation in Computer Sciences from Army Public School and Collage Systems, Mithi, Tharparkar, obtained in 2010.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Rohit Kumar holds several certifications. These include a Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management certification from the University of Virginia, obtained in June 2020; a Software Processes and Agile Practices certification from the University of Alberta, obtained in June 2020; a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in November 2022; and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2020.
