Yoshiro Kaji has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Yoshiro co-founded Instalimb, Inc. in 2017, where they hold the positions of CSO&CFO. Yoshiro has also worked as a Freelance Strategic Consultant and Data Analyst. In 2020, they joined Opn as the Vice President of Business Development, focusing on sales, sales management, stakeholder communication, operation optimization, and team building within the Japan region business. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Business Development Director at 株式会社マネフォワード, where they contributed to the mid-term strategies and CEO's projects while also responsible for entering a new alternative lending business. Prior to that, they worked at UZABASE Inc. as the Business Development Director, specializing in new-function development, supplier relationships, content operations, and post-merger integration. Yoshiro began their career at A.T. Kearney as a Senior Business Analyst and later joined Sony as a Patent Attorney and Patent Engineer.

Yoshiro Kaji completed their secondary education at the International Christian University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued further education at The University of Tokyo from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master's degree in Biophysics.
