Marchelle E. Moore

Marchelle E. Moore is an accomplished legal and diversity professional currently serving as the Independent Corporate Director at Installed Building Products and as a member of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation and Chief. Since 2015, Marchelle has held various leadership roles at Encova Insurance, including Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer, where innovative initiatives towards Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) have been pivotal. Noteworthy past roles include Vice President of Legal & Government Affairs as well as interim Human Resources Vice President at the Central Ohio Transit Authority. Marchelle has also served as an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School and has extensive experience in legal counsel across several prominent organizations. Marchelle E.
