Jochen Barann has held a number of positions in the marketing industry since 2005. Jochen's career began at Kabel Deutschland, where they held the roles of Online Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager Internet & Phone, and Junior Marketing Manager Internet & Phone. In 2008, they founded and became the Managing Director of LEET Marketing GmbH. In 2009, they joined PARSHIP GmbH as Head of Online Marketing, managing all online marketing channels, and Senior SEM Manager. In 2013, they became Director International at Ifolor Group. In 2014, they moved to Experteer as Director Consumer Business. In 2018, they joined BodyChange / Social Media Interactive GmbH as Vice President Marketing. In 2019, they moved to Fineway as Head of Marketing. Most recently, they joined InstaMotion Retail GmbH as Chief Marketing Officer in 2020.

Jochen Barann obtained a Diplom Verwaltungswissenschaftler degree in Management&Public Policy from the University of Konstanz between 1996 and 2003. Jochen also holds a Diplom Public Policy & Management certification.
