Adam Bollands

Adam Bollands has a wealth of experience in IT project management, beginning in 2008 with a placement student role at UPM Raflatac. In 2010, they were a Support Engineer at York Data Services, followed by a Voluntary Work Experience role at CenITex in 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they held various roles at Allianz Insurance, including IT Project Manager, IT Graduate Project Manager / Business Analyst, and a hybrid BA / PM. In 2018, they became IT Delivery Manager at BCD Meetings & Events, where they were responsible for the definition and practical application of the delivery methodology, introducing Business Cases, team management, client delivery, and project reporting. Since 2019, Adam has been Head of Client Delivery EMEA at INSTANDA, as well as Program Lead, Project Lead, and Project Manager.

Adam Bollands attended Northumbria University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a 1st Class BSc in Computing for Business. Adam also attended Heaton Manor.
