Kylie Dobson

Kylie Dobson has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Kylie started their career in 2000 as a Sales Advisor at INTER GROUP INSURANCE SERVICES LIMITED. In 2004, they joined Learning and Skills Council as a Research Analyst/Statistics, where they were responsible for primary and secondary statistical research and report writing, as well as project and bid management. In 2006, they moved to Logica as a Senior Business Consultant (Financial Services). In 2012, they joined CGI as a Senior Business Consultant (Financial Services), where they were also a People Manager, Member Nominated Director of the Pension Committee and on the BA Leadership team. In 2015, they moved to Aon, where they held the roles of Operations Delivery Manager/Project Manager, Business Analyst Manager and Business Analyst. In 2021, they joined INSTANDA as a Senior Project Manager.

Kylie Dobson has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Computing from the University of Kent, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Alton College, where they obtained A/AS Level in Business, Computing, Accounting and Economics between 2000 and 2002. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the APM Project Management Qualification in September 2018, ISEB Business Analysis Diploma in August 2009, and ISEB Testing Foundation in September 2007.
