Richard West

Richard West has over 30 years of experience in the IT and insurance industries. Richard began their career in 1990 as Co-Founder and Director at Eurobase International, an international software and service provider for (re)insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions. Richard was the primary driver in initiating and growing the company from start-up to annual revenue in excess of £40M. In 2007, they moved on to The Fineos Corporation as Sales Director. In 2012, they joined Xchanging as Business Development Director - Netsett, where they led the roll out of the new Netsett product for the global Reinsurance market and managed and delivered sales presentations at C-level to Tier-1 insurance companies. In 2013, they joined Intellect Design Arena Ltd as Vice President - Customer Success Director, where they were responsible for business growth in a FTSE 100 Insurance client, transforming the account from a low-key relationship to the fastest growing client account in 3 years. In 2018, they moved on to Cognizant as Global Client Partner, where they were responsible for driving excellent customer service and business growth at a number of key strategic insurance clients. In 2021, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as Senior Client Account Manager, where they were responsible for growing TCS footprint and revenue with a range of existing clients and new prospects in the insurance markets of U.K. Most recently, they joined INSTANDA as Strategic Account Manager in 2022.

Richard West has a DMS from Anglian Regional Management Centre in Business/Commerce, General and a BSc (Hons) in Mech Eng from Bath Spa University.
