Benjamin Donovan-Aitken

Benjamin Donovan-Aitken has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Benjamin started their career at Big Yellow Self Storage Company Ltd, where they worked in various positions including Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager, Temporary Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Area Support Manager.

Benjamin then moved on to work at Computer People (Part of Adecco Group) as an IT Technical Recruiter, followed by a role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Adecco Group UK & Ireland.

Later, they joined Phaidon International as the Global Head of Internal Recruitment and Head of Sancus Associates - EMEA (HR Recruitment Division).

After that, they worked at Hamlyn Williams as the Head of Talent EMEA | APAC, responsible for recruitment and building the platform for business growth.

Subsequently, they worked at Marlin Green as the Head of People and later as the Director of People, where they oversaw all areas of talent management and recruitment.

Currently, Benjamin serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Instant Impact, where they are responsible for managing and overseeing delivery operations.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, staff development, and managing teams in various industries.

Benjamin Donovan-Aitken attended ADT College from 1991 to 1996 and obtained GCSE's in various subjects including Math, English Lit, English, Science, IT, D&T, RS, German, and GNVQ Business Studies. Benjamin later attended Phoenix College from 1997 to 1999, where they completed their A Levels in PE, Chemistry, and English. Benjamin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of Warwick, graduating in 2002.
