Construction Project Manager at Instant Imprints

Mary Kidnew has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mary started their career as a Senior Media Buyer at McLaren McCann, where they executed television and radio buys, developed team protocols, and reviewed proposals and purchases. Mary also worked at Jomich Investments Ltd. as a Book-Keeper for over 15 years. At The UPS Store, Mary served as an Area Support and Trainer. Mary then transitioned to a role as an Independent Consultant at The Pampered Chef, where they managed all aspects of the business, recruited and trained team members, and monitored sales and performance. Mary also has experience in construction, having worked as a Carpenter Trainee at The Centre for Skills Development & Training and as a General Labourer at ED Modular Inc. Mary further demonstrated their construction skills as a Site Supervisor at Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga. Mary also has experience in the food industry, having worked as a Server at Bobby's Hideaway- Port Credit. Most recently, they took on the role of Construction Project Manager at Instant Imprints. Additionally, Mary ran as a Candidate for the Green Party of Canada in the Mississauga-Lakeshore by-election.

Mary Kidnew completed a Certificate in Enhanced Carpentry from The Centre for Skills & Development in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Sheridan College from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued studies in Advertising. Before their college education, Mary attended Erindale Secondary School, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown. Additionally, Mary has obtained several certifications including Propane in Construction and Basics of Supervision from the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA) in 2015, Power-Actuated Driver from Hilti in 2014, Working at Heights from Fall Protection Group in 2020, Standard First Aid and CPR-C from the Canadian Red Cross in 2017, and Skid Steer certification in 2016.
