Verlin Gradney

Verlin Gradney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Instant Intelligence, Inc. since March 2020, Verlin focuses on providing real-time business visibility to enhance decision-making and operational results. As the Founder of Mindset Startup Academy, initiated in April 2019, Verlin promotes investor education through archived interview clips. Additionally, Verlin co-founded Trade Desk Advisers in January 2014, leveraging a diverse background in securities and investment banking to support capital raising efforts. Verlin is also a Founding Member of the San Diego Tech Hub since December 2019. Verlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Riverside, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
