Julie HEENS

Julie Heens is a seasoned Delivery Manager at Instant System, specializing in Mobility as a Service (MaaS) since February 2022. Previously, Julie held the position of project team leader for software engineering at Akka Technologies, where responsibilities included project management, team oversight, and stakeholder communication for multi-site teams across Europe. Julie is experienced in Agile methodologies, having implemented Agile practices within Air France as a mobile web project manager and developer. Julie has a strong technical foundation in web development and project management, complemented by certifications in Prince II and Agile SCRUM. Academically, Julie holds a master's degree in Informatics from Université Côte d'Azur and an engineering degree from Polytech Nice Sophia.
