Liza Rodewald

CEO & Founder at Instant Teams

Liza Rodewald is the CEO and founder of Instant Teams, a company that provides businesses with access to pre-vetted, remote talent on an as-needed basis. Prior to Instant Teams, Liza was an Activator at SheEO, a global initiative that funds, supports, and celebrates women-led ventures. Liza also served as a member of YEC, a network of young entrepreneurs.

Before their work with startups, Liza was a Senior Project Manager at NASAA, where they led a team of industry experts in writing a requirement specification document for a new software system. Liza then oversaw the development and launch of the system, which is still in use today.

Liza has always been passionate about supporting women in business and entrepreneurship. Liza founded Instant Teams in order to help businesses connect with talented remote workers quickly and easily, so that they can focus on what they do best. Under their leadership, Instant Teams has become the go-to platform for businesses looking to hire top-notch remote talent.

Liza Rodewald has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama. Her field is information technology.
