Shasanka Sahu

Shasanka Sahu is a product manager and strategy & program management professional who has worked for InstaSafe since May 2017. Shasanka is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product line for SafeHats Bug Bounty, including creating the functional roadmap, product strategy, managing operations, product delivery, customer onboarding, product evangelism, and sales. Shasanka has also been instrumental in driving key strategic company projects such as setting up OKRs, streamlining the hiring process, and product pitching to top CXOs of BFSIs. In addition, they have delivered talks and demos at various events such as the Project Management Practitioners conference (PMPC 2017), Open source India 2017, Nasscom Fintech Event, Techsparks, and Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator program 2017 batch.

Shasanka Sahu completed their B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras. Shasanka then went on to earn their M.tech in Power Electronics and Power Systems from the same institute. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to pursue their MBA in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the S P Jain School of Global Management. Shasanka currently holds a certification from RABQSA in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt).
