Sudeep Pattnaik

Sudeep Pattnaik serves as the Director of Customer Engagement and Transformation at InstaSafe, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving customer success in the cybersecurity space. Previously, Sudeep held the role of Senior Business Analyst at InstaSafe, where collaboration with cross-functional teams led to the development of cybersecurity solutions that align with customer needs. Sudeep's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Consultant at Infosys, specializing in the insurance domain, and as Technical Test Lead, where automation solutions were developed for major insurance processes. Additional roles at Tech Mahindra, Mindfire Solutions, and Societe Generale Global Solution Centre contributed to expertise in software engineering and quality assurance. Sudeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Institute of Technical Education & Research, Bhubaneswar.
