Chelsea has spent more than 15 years immersed in state government, from both the executive and legislative perspectives.

As Director of Operations of a web-based legislative bill tracking firm, Chelsea has had the opportunity to acquire skill in a wide variety of areas, ranging from project management, customer service, human resources, accounts receivable, quality control, database management, and user experience optimization.

She also has a background in political research, composing reports on the legislative records of presidential candidate Mitt Romney, former U.S. Senator Scott Brown, U.S. Senate candidate Geoffrey Diehl, and numerous state candidates; these appeared in part in the Washington Post, Boston Magazine, the New York Times and the Boston Globe, in addition to being purchased by political campaigns and PACs.

Chelsea strives to continue to combine her business acumen with her interest in government relations.

Chelsea received her Bachelor's in Journalism from Northeastern University, and is currently enrolled in an MBA program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She lives in Beverly, Mass. with her husband and two cats.
