Ratnesh Neema

Ratnesh Neema has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Instawork, a platform that connects professionals with flexible and full-time work opportunities. In this role, Ratnesh contributes to the company's vision of creating economic opportunity for local businesses and professionals globally.

Prior to their current position, Ratnesh worked at Lenskart.com, where they held multiple roles over the course of several years. As the Engineering Leader, they were responsible for managing teams involved in mobile app and middleware services. Ratnesh oversaw the lifecycle of the app, including planning, development, deployment, and post-release management. Additionally, Ratnesh managed a team of 22 individuals and worked on both consumer and point-of-sale apps.

Before Lenskart.com, Ratnesh was a Co-Founder of Hyve Labs, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the company before moving on to their next venture. Ratnesh then co-founded Rootwork, where they served as the Chief Technology Architect. At Rootwork, Ratnesh managed various aspects of the company's technical operations, including defining requirements, designing architecture, mentoring the team, and ensuring high code quality. Ratnesh also contributed to setting up the tech stack for the android and web apps and helped grow the team from 6 to 30 members.

Earlier in their career, Ratnesh worked as a Business Technology Associate at ZS Associates and as a Trainee at NIIT Limited. During their time at NIIT Limited, Ratnesh gained proficiency in the Java programming language and developed a Customer Management Portal and Password Storage Utility as part of their training.

Ratnesh Neema completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, starting in 2007 and graduating in 2011. Prior to this, they attended St. Thomas Central School from 2005 to 2007, where they completed their AISSCE degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Additionally, Ratnesh Neema obtained several certifications throughout their education. In August 2010, they received a certification in Java Programming from NIIT Limited. In June 2004, they obtained an "A" certificate from the National Cadet Corps. Furthermore, in April 2003, they obtained a certification in Adobe Flash (Animation & User Interface Development) from Tata Consultancy Services Limited.
