Vera Neinken

Vera Neinken is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Instawork since September 2024, Vera previously held the position of Head of Finance at Moxion Power Co. from May 2022 to July 2024. Vera’s career at Flexport spanned from August 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing over $4 billion in annual revenue as Director of FP&A, overseeing international finance operations as Director of Finance, International, and leading accounts payable and receivable as Operations Finance & Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. Vera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.
