Paul Loughnane

Paul Loughnane has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. Paul began their career in 1989 as an Analyst at CS First Boston. In 1993, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate. In 1995, they co-founded Infusion Dynamics, where they served as President until the company was sold to ZOLL Medical Corporation. At ZOLL Medical Corporation, they served as VP, Corporate Business Development and Division President. In 2013, they joined Instech Laboratories, Inc. as President, a role they still hold today. During their time at ZOLL Medical Corporation, Paul was responsible for medical device acquisitions in the field of resuscitation, completing transactions such as the acquisition of Radiant Medical, defibrillation assets from Welch Allyn, assets of Alsius Corporation, technology licensing from Inovise Medical and Vicor Technologies, and the acquisition of En-Pro Management, Inc.

Paul Loughnane attended Germantown Friends School prior to enrolling at Princeton University, where they earned an AB in Physics in 1989. Paul then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA in 1993.
