Kevin McCann

Kevin McCann is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as EVP & CFO at InStep Health since January 2025, focusing on enterprise value creation and growth. Prior to this role, McCann held the position of Vice President, Americas Controller Rare Disease at Amgen, where leadership was provided during a period of rapid growth following the acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics. With extensive experience in financial operations and organizational design, McCann has held significant roles at Orphazyme A/S and Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities included establishing financial frameworks for new markets and managing large-scale P&L ownership. McCann began the career as a Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG US and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
