Diana Muthumbi

Diana Muthumbi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Diana is currently working at Instiglio as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dalberg Research as a Talent Management Lead from March 2021 to November 2022. Diana also has experience at Deloitte East Africa, where they held various HR positions, including HR Officer from September 2018 to February 2021, Senior Human Resource Associate from September 2017 to August 2018, and Human Resource Associate from July 2015 to August 2017. Before Deloitte, Diana had an internship at AAR Healthcare as a Business Development Executive Intern in June and July 2015. Diana also gained experience as an intern at General Motors East Africa Limited from March to June 2014.

Diana Muthumbi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing Major at Strathmore University from 2011 to 2015. Diana also obtained a Premier Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cambridge International College in 2017. In 2019, they pursued a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) program at the College of Human Resource Management Kenya. Additionally, Diana Muthumbi has an IHRM Membership from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
