Maria Paula Zamudio is currently serving as a People Analyst at Instiglio since June 2023, where responsibilities include supporting the design and implementation of staffing systems to enhance learning opportunities, team productivity, and foresight in skill hiring needs, alongside facilitating succession management, leadership development, talent discussions, and employee engagement.
