Jen Upton

Jen Upton has a diverse work experience in risk and crisis preparedness, business resilience, and customer service. Jen currently holds the position of Director and Head of Risk & Crisis Preparedness at Instinctif Partners since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner and Head of Business Resilience at the same company from January 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they held the role of Associate Partner from April 2020 to January 2021. Their previous experience includes roles such as Senior Consultant and Consultant in Business Resilience, as well as Account Executive and Graduate Account Executive. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Customer Service Advisor at Barclays from July 2013 to December 2013.

Jen Upton pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and English from Coventry University. Jen dedicated their academic efforts from 2010 to 2013 to complete this undergraduate program.
