Margarita Lukyanenka

Margarita Lukyanenka is an experienced technical recruiter with a robust background in the IT recruitment field. Currently, at instinctools since April 2024, Margarita handles full-cycle recruitment across the EU, LatAm, India, and the CIS region, specializing in headhunting and targeted searches for IT specialists while conducting interviews in English and Russian. Prior experience includes a role at IGAMINGHUNT from May 2023 to April 2024 as an IT recruiter and talent sourcer, focusing on talent sourcing and supporting recruitment processes.
