Yana Sushkova

Yana Sushkova has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and HR. Yana started their career as an HR Manager at a recruitment agency in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Training Manager at OOO Megatop. In 2014, they joined Emerline and LeverX Group as an IT Recruiter/HR, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Instinctools as a Lead IT Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of Head of Recruitment in 2021. Their responsibilities at Instinctools included hiring and training new employees, managing the recruitment process, and optimizing recruiting processes in the company.

Yana Sushkova attended Belaruski Dzjar\u017eauny Pedagogiskij Universitet imja Maksima Tanka from 2006 to 2011. Yana obtained a certification in SOURCER-RECRUITER from the Mike Pritula Academy in October 2020.
